The design
Creativity reigns sovereign in design and prototyping departments. I am the artisans with skilful manual skills to give life to the Lilliputian train silhouette for fun transportation.
The prototyping
With the creation of the prototypes you enter the heart of the creativity of Berica Trains: it is the model makers who build, with polyurethane, the form of the train. The sculptors, following the project, give life to the shape, which will then become the mold to create the fiberglass shell.
AND in this phase that manual ability becomes essential: the production of Berica Trains is totally based on creativity, from the idea to the final design. Craftsmanship is therefore the beating heart of every product of the Noventa Vicentina company. The trains tell of the mastery of the craftsmen who with passion and painstaking dexterity build the train for fun transport every day.
Production
The carousel takes shape with the carpenters, the coachbuilders and the Assemblers by Berica Trains: Creative craftsmanship brings fun attraction to life
The carpentry
The train frame is created in the Berica Trains carpentry: the plates of sheet metal are processed by the artisans who, with state-of-the-art equipment build the tubular structure that will be the soul of the train Lilliputian. The construction follows the axioms of UNI EN 1090 -1: 2012, with which the CE mark can be affixed to the structure, and complies with EN 1176.
The structural drawings and the related calculation reports are filed for the final approval of the train to the Ministry of Transport.
The bodywork
With the mold and spray from mixed epoxy resin a small parts of fiberglass, the coachbuilder creates the body of the attraction in fiberglass. It is always the coachbuilder who sands the body and works it to give it the required aesthetics.
The design, created by the graphic designers, is then projected onto the bodywork of the carousel: the skilled decorator transfers the image onto the fiberglass and colors it with spray paint.
The painted shell it is then moved to the oven for drying: after about four hours, the body builders perform the last surface check and transfer it to the assembly department.
The assembly
The body, the frame, the engine, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components are joined in the assembly department: it is the latter which gives life to the final result, the carousel.
All the elements must converge in a single synergy: each component must therefore be complementary to the other. In fact, this is the moment of verification of all construction processes, in which experienced technicians check every part attraction and how it works.
All components must pass rigorous functional tests, which are useful for achieving the perfect final result.

The testing
After the functional tests carried out by the assembly department, the carousel is tested: the Berica Trains technicians check the design drawings, the engineering calculation reports, the fatigue stress analyzes and the correct assembly; they try attraction and subject it to structural checks.
After testing, the attraction is ready for shipment to the customer. If the check is not successful, the carousel returns to the department that will solve the problem highlighted.

Assistance
After the purchase, the customer is not left alone: for any need the company remains available with technicians and a warehouse always stocked with spare parts for all models.
The after-sales
With Berica Trains products you also buy safe and guaranteed assistance. In fact, the company's technicians are always available for customers even in the after-sales service for clarifications, explanations or problem solutions. The Noventa Vicentina company is available to intervene for any need, including physically: the exits are planned and shared with the clients worldwide.
The Berica Trains warehouse houses all the spare parts of the models created over time: even for the discontinued attractions, the company keeps the components necessary to safeguard the use of their creations.
